GC BUZ HUB is a registered NDIS support provider operating across NSW & QLD. We offer person centered services within the NDIS sector with the objective of creating a safe space & empowering people living with disabilities to maintain their independence so they can live the life they want.

Sarah K
Plan Manager
Sarah K is a valued member of the GC Buz Hub team, supporting participants to effectively manage their NDIS funding and services. With a thorough and reliable approach, she assists participants in navigating their plan, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time, and helping them maintain choice and control in how their supports are delivered.

Jenny M
Support Coordinator
Jenny is a valued member of the GC Buz Hub team, supporting participants to understand and make the most of their NDIS plans. Jenny comes from a mental health backgroumd of over 40 years experiance both in the health care system and aged care.

Support Coordinator
Natasha is a valued member of the GC Buz Hub team, providing person-centred support to help participants build independence, confidence, and community connection. With a caring and respectful approach, she supports participants in achieving their goals and maintaining choice and control in their daily lives.

Support Worker
Emerald is a valued member of the GC Buz Hub team, providing person-centred support that empowers participants to develop life skills, increase independence, and engage confidently within their community. With a compassionate and encouraging approach, she works alongside participants to achieve their individual goals while promoting choice, dignity, and wellbeing

Megan is a valued member of the GC Buz Hub team, Megan is has over 10yr experiance in Mental health and community nursing. Megan supporting participants to build confidence, strengthen everyday living skills, and pursue meaningful opportunities within their community. Through his patient and supportive nature, she helps participants work towards their goals while respecting their individual preferences, choices, and aspirations.
