Assistance With Social, Economic
and Community Participation
At GC Buz Hub, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to be actively involved, connected, and valued within their community. Our Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation supports people with disabilities to build confidence, relationships, and life experiences that foster belonging and independence. We take a person‑centred, inclusive approach—supporting individuals to access meaningful activities, pursue goals, and participate in community life in ways that feel right for them. Where eligible, participants may also use NDIS Transport Funding to support access to community, social, recreational, and employment‑related activities, helping reduce barriers to participation.

Transport
NDIS Transport Funding helps eligible participants access community, social, recreational, educational, and employment‑related activities when they are unable to use public transport due to their disability. Where transport funding is included in a participant’s NDIS plan, GC Buz Hub can support participants to use this funding to attend approved activities, appointments, and community participation supports in line with their goals and plan requirements. Transport support is provided in accordance with individual plans, funding eligibility, and NDIS guidelines.
Creating Opportunities for Participants
At GC Buz Hub, we focus on creating meaningful opportunities that support growth, independence, and community connection. We believe every person deserves the chance to explore their interests, develop new skills, and participate in activities that bring purpose and fulfillment. Guided by each participant’s goals, strengths, and preferences, we work alongside individuals, families, and community networks to open pathways for social engagement, learning, employment, and economic participation. Where applicable, NDIS Transport Funding may be used to support access to these opportunities, helping participants stay connected to their community. By removing barriers and fostering access, GC Buz Hub empowers participants to take active roles in their communities and shape futures that reflect who they are and what matters most to them.
